How Long Does It Take to Move Into a New Home?

About 80% of the homes we build are Quick Delivery Showcase Homes. Many are ready in 30, 60, or 90 days — giving you the opportunity to move much sooner than most buyers expect. If you’d prefer to build from the ground up, that process typically takes around 9–10 months.

Your timeline will vary based on the home and options you choose.
